Biggart & Co.’s focus is very much on retail and leisure; both acquisition and development in Scotland and Northern Ireland. This has been our niche for over 35 years and it will not change. We have no interest in getting involved in industrial, office space or anything other than what we are best at!

Understanding new clients personally, as well as their business

My focus with a new client is to try and understand what makes their business tick, including the less obvious things that makes a good property deal for them. I spend time getting to know my client personally, as well as their business. Without understanding both I’m unable to deliver the quality of service and advice desired.

Building relationships with existing clients

I love building relationships with my clients and see their businesses expand and flourish. It’s been a privilege to have years of conversations, meetings and growth with them all.
